Notice for shareholders in Compass Group

With effect from 01 April 2026 Compass Group changed the currency in which its Ordinary Shares are traded on the London Stock Exchange from British Pounds (GBP) to US Dollars (USD).

Should you wish to sell Compass Group Ordinary Shares, you will be able to do so online or over the telephone as normal. Note that all quotes and settlement of trades will be in GBP. You can access the Share Dealing Portal or call 0371 664 0445.

Calls to 0371 are charged at the standard geographic rate and will vary by provider.Calls outside the United Kingdom are charged at the applicable international rate.
We are open between 08:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in England and Wales.
